Jace's Pet Read online

He was relieved she wasn't going to give him a hard time. A couple months ago Morgan decided she wasn't going to eat meat anymore. He tried to make her different food and give her vegetarian options but she would refuse everything he offered. When her ribs began to show, he figured out she was using vegetarianism as an excuse to not eat. He had been so angry with her, causing them to get into a huge fight. She hadn't even been with him at the time and when Axel backed Morgan's side he got even more pissed off. Eventually Raiden was able to talk to him and within a week, Morgan was back to eating meat and everything else she used to have.

She had finally put her weight back on, making her look much better. Jace couldn't stand when woman got too thin, he felt they looked sickly. Not to mention how weak they would get and have to sit down all the time. When he looked back at Rose, she was already halfway through her burger. Pleased with how she was doing, he made himself a plate and began to eat.

"Morgan and I are going to go to the store." Axel sighed softly, tossing his empty plate in the garbage.

"Get beer!" Raiden tossed his plate after Morgan had finished hers.

"Jace, do you want anything?" Morgan looked over at him, her eyes briefly looking over his chest.

"Get some lawn chairs and wood, let's have a fire tonight."

Jace took Rose's plate and tossed both together. Raiden went to the living room and hooked up the TV they had brought with them. He wanted to play his game while he waited for the beer. Jace took a step toward Rose, making her take a step back. She bit her lip softly and took another step away from him.

"Stop moving away from me." He growled lowly, backing her up against the counter.

He grabbed her waist and lifted her, setting her down on the counter top.

"What are you doing?" She panicked, placing her hands on his chest.

"Shh, bunny, you don't want Raiden to hear." Her smirked, kissing her on the lips.

He pushed her knees apart and stood between her legs. His teeth gently latched onto her bottom lip and tugged. She gasped, her hands pushing him away.

  "Stop denying me." He snapped.

  "You're not being fair-"

"Fair? When did I say I was going to be fair? You're mine, simple as that. Get used to it."

Rose's beautiful blue eyes stared up at him, her mouth slightly open as if she was trying to find something to say.

"Now, where we're we?" He smirked, grabbing her wrists and pinning them at the small of her back with one hand.

She gasped, his lips once again colliding with hers. She shut her eyes as his mouth took over. She tried to free her hands but he easily held them in place. He let his tongue tease hers before he broke their kiss, slowly tracing over her jaw and down her neck. He hit every sweet spot she had, whether intentional or not.

  "Ja-"

He stuck two fingers into her mouth and rested them on her tongue, stopping all words. He continued to kiss and nip his way across her shoulder and collar bone.

"Stop saying my name. It's driving me fucking crazy." He groaned against her skin.

His kisses dipped lower, his teeth catching her shirt and pulling it down on one side. He was able to reach the top of her breast, sucking gently as he moved down. Rose was drooling around his fingers, her eyes watering in embarrassment. The hand on her wrists pushed her closer to him, her legs spreading farther to give space for his body. Just as he was about to dip lower, the front door was thrown open as Morgan and Axel returned.

"You gotta be fucking kidding me." Jace groaned.

He let go of her and fixed her shirt before pulling her off the counter. His cock was throbbing with need. He looked down at her, her innocent face and the way she was biting her bottom lip making is far worse for him. He wanted to take her right now, lift her up and fuck her until she was screaming his name. He held onto her for a few more seconds, trying desperately to calm himself for the moment. Morgan came bouncing into the kitchen with a 24-pack of Budweiser. His eyes shifted from his little bunny to the whore in booty shorts and a Pantera crop top.

"You better have gotten more than that." He growled.

"Well of course we did!" She glared at him. "Four people drinking? Please, we have two more in the car."

Jace looked down at Rose, she wasn't looking at him. Her hands were combing over her hair, pulling all of it over the side he had marked. The action irritated him. He wanted the others to see. He grabbed her hands and pulled them away from her hair. Those deep blue orbs shooting up to him. Her face was flushed, something that was at least able to make him happy.

"Jace-" Morgan started, her eyes on the two of them.

He pulled back Rose's hair, her eyes instantly widened as her face started to turn that lovely shade of pink. He smiled, the dark purple marks on her neck making him feel proud.

"Really, Jace?" Morgan sneered, her eyes on Rose.

The way she said his name annoyed him, it wasn't anything like the way Rose said it. Her voice was always soft or filled with lust when he was playing with her. He didn't like his name coming from Morgan's mouth. He glanced over at the other woman, she was just standing there with her mouth open. When he spoke to her his voice flat.

"Get the beer in the fridge." He barked at her.

Morgan jumped, broken from her state of shock. Her eyes rolled in her head as she walked over to the fridge. Axel came in a minute later, the other two cases stacked on top of each other.

  "Three should be enough, right?"

  "Yea." Jace responded.

He noticed Axel's eyes flicking across Rose's neck as he walked across the kitchen to put the beer away. Jace smirked, he wanted all of them to notice. Especially Raiden. He liked to look at Rose a little too much. Jace understood the look Raiden had in his eyes because it was the same look Jace had. Raiden may be goofy but he was still a man. A man without pussy. And Rose was one of the most tempting things the group had ever come in contact with.

"Let's get a fire going." Jace spoke up, leaving Rose momentarily to step outside.

Axel and Morgan joined him. Jace wasn't happy with the single bundle of wood the two had bought, it wouldn’t be nearly enough. Together they began pulling dead trees and fallen branches from the woods.

  ******

Rose stood quietly in the kitchen. Her eyes were focus on the glass doors leading outside. The three had already started a fire but were gathering more wood to keep it going for longer. She hadn't realized Raiden had stopped playing his game and stepped into the kitchen until he spoke.

  "Wow."

She turned her head to him, her look telling him that she was confused and surprised. His eyes weren't connecting with her, it wasn't until he took another step toward her that she figured out he was staring at her neck. She blushed deeply and grabbed her hair to pull it back over her bruises. She kept her gaze away from the green-eyed man, afraid of his next sentence.

"I wish those were from me." He breathed.

His eyes still weren't on her face, they seemed to be glued to the spot under her hair. His eyes seemed to change. His usual pale green eyes turning a shade darker. She wasn't sure how it was possible.

"Rai-Raiden?" She took a step back from the man.

"Mmh, I like how you say my name." His eyes moving up to her lips, then eyes.

She didn't like how he was acting. He was the one who had made her somewhat comfortable, as stupid as that may be. He was at least gentle and kind and care free. Unlike the others. He was part of their group, but he didn’t scare her as much. She took another step away from him. Her eyes flashed to the doors outside, making her mentally curse that she was seeking out Jace. His face broke out into one of his famous goofy grins.

"Don't worry, sweetheart. I won't attack you like Jace." His eyes returning to their normal look.

She stared at him, her heart racing and her brain trying to make sense of everything that was going on. Just a moment ago he looked like a completely diff
erent person.

He stepped past her and opened the fridge to grab a semi-warm beer. With a loud crack, he opened the can and began chugging the contents. He leaned against the counter, his eyes never leaving her. When he finished half the can he pulled it away for a second.

"Want one?" He gestured at the beer.

"No, thank you." She had never been a drinker.

"Suit yourself." He shrugged then finished off the can and crushed it.

Raiden tossed his can and went back to the fridge for another. Her eyes followed him, so far, he was back to his regular self. When the glass doors slid open, she shifted her eyes to see who it was. She swallowed hard as her eyes landed on an angry looking Jace. She didn’t understand what could possibly be wrong. Jace walked past her and grabbed a beer from the fridge. On his way, he glanced at Rose. She didn’t know what she had done. When he got back to the door, he turned and finally spoke.

  "Fires going. Come here, Rose."

She bit her bottom lip, then pushed herself away from the counter. Why this man made her so submissive she wasn't sure. Maybe it was his eyes, maybe it was the way he spoke. Or maybe it was the way he easily killed. Once she made it over to him, he wrapped an arm around her waist and pulled her closer to him. He leaned down and whispered into her ear.

"What were you two talking about."

  "Nothing." She swallowed hard.

"Don't lie." His teeth nipped at her ear lobe.

"I-I'm not! He offered me a beer, I said no."

  "That better be all."

He seemed satisfied with her answer and straightened up. He kept his arm around her waist and led her outside. There were five brand new plastic chairs set up in a half circle. In the center was a blazing orange fire. Axel and Morgan were sitting in two of the chairs already.

"Sit here." Jace pushed her toward a chair.

He took the seat next to her, taking a large gulp of his beer while he stared at her. When his eyes moved to the fire, she felt some relief. Raiden finally joined, a new beer for everyone including himself. As the time flew by, everyone besides her had downed a couple of beers. Rose was spacing out as the others held a conversation, her eyes focused on the flames in front of her. She didn't want to talk with these people anyway.

"Hello, earth to Rose!" A female voice called.

"Huh?" Her eyes moved from the burning fire to the edgy woman who had spoken.

"I said, have you ever fucked anyone before?"

"U-Um-" Rose's face turned red and her mouth became dry. "I hardly think that's any of your business." She really didn't want to talk about something so personal.

"I think you should answer her." Jace's glare was instantly on her.

"Tha-That's none of your business!" She gasped, her eyes turning to him.

"I think we have a virgin!" Morgan laughed.

Everyone was staring at her now, Morgan being the only one laughing. Axel had an expression that clearly read he didn't care while the other two men had very interested gazes.

"I-I'm not a virgin." Rose declared.

"Really?" Morgan laughed. "Because you sure seem like it!"

"I've only slept with one man." She spoke softly, attempting to defend herself.

"One?" Morgan continued to laugh as she looked to Jace. "Looks like you have an amateur!" She laughed harder.

"At least she's still tight." Jace rebutted.

Rose's eyes widened and she internally groaned. She had no idea how she should take that comment from Jace. She knew it was his way of defending her but she didn’t like it and wanted to shrink into her chair.

"You never complained before!" Morgan shot back.

Rose noticed Axel finally showing some emotion. His angry eyes looking at his girlfriend then at Jace. It finally clicked to Rose that Morgan and Jace had probably been together at some point.

"I didn't have better at the time." Jace smirked.

Rose didn't feel comfortable. She wanted to leave, to snuggle up in bed and sleep the rest of the night away.

"I don't understand what's so great about her." Morgan spat out. "She's a loose end, she should have been shot. Or maybe slit her throat." She grinned, eyes on Rose.

"Axel, control your bitch before I have to." Jace glared at the two.

"Don't call her a bitch." Axel snapped.

"I'll call her whatever the fuck I want to." Jace crushed the empty can in his hand.

"Guys, calm down!" Raiden butted in. "We're supposed to be having a good night. Anyone want another beer?" He stood up as he spoke.

"Yes!" All three of them said at the same time.

"Rose, you sure you don't want one?" He smiled.

  "I'm sure, thank you Raiden."

  "Loser." Morgan rolled her eyes.

Rose felt Jace's glare on her now. She forced herself to peek over at him but lost her nerve and looked away to refocus on the fire. It didn't take Raiden long to return with the beers and hand one to each of them. They stayed outside for another hour or so, Rose wasn't sure because she had been falling asleep in her chair. She felt arms underneath her and before she knew it, she was being carried up the stairs inside.

"Mmh, wait-" Her eyes half opened. "Where-"

"We're going to bed, go back to sleep." Jace voice spoke quietly from above her.

Rose shut her eyes, a minute later she was dropped into a bed. She snuggled into the pillows and blanket, her body relaxing. Jace's arm encircled her waist, pulling her to the center of the bed with him.

The next morning Rose woke up to Jace's arm laying over her stomach. She gently lifted it off her, a yawn stretching her mouth wide as she did. She carefully creeped off the bed and headed for the door. In the hallway, there was complete silence. She wasn't sure what time it was but it seemed like no one was up. She tip-toed to the bathroom to empty her bladder before returning to the room. As she shut the door, she felt large hands clasp down on her shoulders. She was spun around and pushed against the wall.

"Where the hell did you go?" Jace snarled above her.

He had his shirt off, his jeans hanging low on is waist and the button undone as if he had just pulled them on. His chest was very well defined and tattoos covered every inch. She found herself staring at him a little too long.

"I asked you a question." His hand pulled her chin up to look at him.

Her eyes met his gray ones. His black hair was a crazy mess and his eyes were half-mast as he stared down at her.

  "I went to the bathroom."

  "Tell me next time."

  "You weren't up."

  "I don't care."

He kept his eyes on hers, his grip tightening. She flinched at his strength, her eyes shifting away from him. She pressed her hands to his chest to push him away, his skin hot against her palms.

  "Look at me, little bunny."

His voice sent shivers down her spine. She shut her eyes, her small form struggling to break free. He pressed his body against hers, his knee pushing between her legs to spread them apart. Her arms pinned between their bodies.

"I suggest you listen to me."

She slowly craned her neck up to look at him. A smirk forming on his face as he let go of her chin and leaned down to kiss along her jaw. His hands fell to her hips, his thumbs finding their way under her shirt and rubbing circles into her skin. She gasped softly, her nails digging into his chest.

"I don't like when you disobey me." His tongue flicked over her ear before he let her go and exited the room.

Rose could feel her heart pounding. She placed a hand on her chest, her body leaning on the wall for support. Eventually, she was able to push herself off and move around the room. She needed to get away, and soon. She made her way over to her backpack that was still sitting in the corner. She opened it up and dug through it for a semi-clean outfit. She really needed to wash her clothes. She found the least dirty ones and switched out her outfit for light blue jeans and a dark blue t-shirt.
She went back over to the bed and spotted a clock that read 9am. She couldn't remember what time they had gone to bed and couldn't figure out whether she had gotten enough sleep or not. For the time being, she plopped back down on the bed. Her back sinking into the comforter. She stretched her arms out to her sides and closed her eyes. When Jace returned, his hair was dripping wet and he only had a towel wrapped around his waist.

She adverted her eyes and tried to ignored him. She could hear him rustling through his bags, cursing every now and then. She heard a few more sounds, then footsteps heading toward her. Her eyes opened to him standing at her feet. Jace had his black hair now neatly combed back. He was wearing dark blue jeans again with a black Metallica shirt. His gray eyes looking over her body and his tongue flicking across his lips. His lip ring glistening.
